The study looks at levels of customer satisfaction with repairs and performance of maintenance activities during a customer's most recent visit. Mitsubishi came out on top in the Fixed Right First Time ranking for the second year in the row. Mitsubishi is committed to customer satisfaction and works with dealerships to ensure that repairs are done right. The company's score improved by 20 points from the 2019 study. On a scale of one to ten, about half of the customers surveyed awarded their Mitsubishi dealership with a score of ten. The automaker's overall ranking has been steadily improving over the last four years, and the current score reflects an increase of 61 points. The score reflects a strong commitment by Mitsubishi and its dealerships to customer service in the body work and repair areas of the business.
